Nothing is charged. The request goes by email; the reply is a quote with a build date. Price and lead time are confirmed in that reply.

How a build goes

Request. This form, or a plain email. Within [two] working days a reply comes with questions, a price and a build date.
Deposit. 50 % to start the build; the invoice comes by email. The rest before shipping.
Build. Six weeks from the deposit. The cabinets are cut to your seat's numbers.
Ship. US shipping included; worldwide quoted on request.
Tune. A video call at your desk. The room correction is sent to the speakers as an update.
