Shipping

Shipping within the United States is included in the price. The system travels in [two / three] crates: the speakers, and the sub with its plinth, which weighs about [x kg]. Worldwide shipping is quoted with the build; duties and taxes at the border are yours. Carrier: [carrier]. Insurance in transit is the studio's. Delivery is to the kerb unless [white-glove delivery] is quoted.

Checking the crates

Look at the crates before signing, and note any damage with the driver. Unpack within [7 days] and report damage with photos to [support email]; a damaged part is replaced or repaired at no cost.

Returns

Each system is built to your measurements, so a return for change of mind is [not accepted / accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund less the cost of shipping both ways and a restocking fee of [x %], provided the system is unmarked and complete]. A system that does not match its quote, or that has a fault the studio cannot repair, is taken back for a full refund.
