1. Who

2. This website

The site is static. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. [Confirm: no analytics script is added.] It is served by Cloudflare, which logs requests (IP address, page, time) to run and protect the service; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when they load. [Decide: self-host the fonts to remove this.]

3. Forms

The build request, contact and warranty forms send what you type (name, email, city, your measurements and notes) by email to the studio through Resend, an email service. The studio keeps that email to answer you and, if you order, for the life of the order and the warranty, plus [the period required for tax records]. It is not sold or shared beyond the email service and the carriers needed to ship.

4. The system

The speakers and the controller send nothing to the studio by themselves. Wi-Fi is used only to fetch updates from [update server address] and, if you install it, to talk to ODD Library on your own network. An update check sends the device's firmware version [and a device identifier: confirm what the check sends].

5. ODD Library

ODD Library runs on your PC and reads what your PC is playing (title, artist, cover, position) from Windows, to show it on the controller. The song library, cues, loops and any saved clips stay in a folder on your PC [Documents\Odd Wood]. Nothing is uploaded. [If a future version syncs the library to an account, this policy changes first.]

6. Room tuning

The measurements taken during the tuning call (the sweep recordings and the resulting correction) are kept with your order so the tuning can be repeated. They contain sound from your room at the time of the sweeps.

7. Your rights

Ask for a copy of what the studio holds about you, a correction, or deletion, at [privacy email]. Deletion may not cover records the studio must keep by law. [Residents of California, the EU, the UK and other regions: add the notices your buyers' regions require.]

8. Children

The site and the system are not aimed at children under [13 / 16].
